We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs that support marketing campaigns, product communication, and social media presence. The role requires strong creative judgment and the ability to transform complex healthcare and AI concepts into simple, engaging visuals that resonate with different audiences.Key Responsibilities • Design social media posts, infographics, reels/story graphics, and ad creatives that align with brand guidelines. • Develop visuals that simplify and communicate technical healthcare and AI concepts. • Maintain strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout standards across all assets. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, and content plans. • Create light motion graphics or short video edits using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar applications. • Ensure all designs meet quality standards and content deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Adapt existing content into new formats when needed and support overall brand consistency.Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required. • 3-5 years of experience in digital or social media design; experience in healthcare or technology is a plus. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design principles. • Creative storytelling ability, especially in translating technical concepts into clear visuals. • Familiarity with motion graphics or short video editing tools. • High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
