Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain tech packs with detailed measurements, trims, and construction notes.Review design sketches and convert them into accurate technical drawings.Conduct fittings and communicate pattern or construction adjustments.Approve samples and fabric quality before mass production.Collaborate with design, product development, and production to ensure technical accuracy.Provide technical guidance during production to maintain consistency and quality.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience as a Technical Designer.Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fit standards.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PLM/ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).Knowledge of Gerber software is a strong plus.Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
