We are a relentless, world-leading digital powerhouse specialising in aggressive, high-volume lead generation. From dominating the car finance (PCP) mis-selling market to driving £2.3bn in sales for e-commerce giants, we tilt the market in our clients' favour. We have just moved into our brand-new 14,000 sq. ft. headquarters at Foundation in Altrincham. As we scale from 40 to 150 team members, we are looking for a designer who understands that in the world of paid media, the creative is the targeting. The Mission: Master of the HookAt TGG, we don't design for portfolio likes; we design for the click. We need a specialist who understands the psychology of the "Pattern Interrupt." Working alongside our Senior Graphic Designer and an elite Creative Performance team of 14, you will be the engine room for our highest-spending accounts. We need "Click-Magnet" visuals. You should know instinctively which colours pop on a dark-mode feed, which typography screams "Action," and how to visually simplify complex offers into 1-second value propositions. The RoleHigh-Volume Creative Engine: You’ll conceptualise and produce hundreds of high-performance ads each week across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Google Display.Lead-Gen Specialist: You won't be building landing pages, but you will be designing the high-intent banners and social tiles that feed them. You understand how to maintain "ad-to-page" scent to ensure the highest conversion possible.Direct Response Mastery: You’ll design everything from static "UGC-style" graphics to high-contrast "Click-Bait" style banners that force an engagement.Rapid Iteration & Scaling: You’ll work together with our performance team. When a specific "Hook" starts winning, you’ll be expected to spin out 20+ variations (different colours, headlines, and layouts) in hours to help us scale the spend.Figma & Adobe Power-User: Speed is your primary tool. You use Figma for rapid prototyping and Adobe CC for high-end manipulation. If it takes you a day to make one ad, this isn't the role for you. What You Bring to the TableThe Experience: 3+ years of professional digital design experience, ideally in a "Performance First" environment. The Lead-Gen Brain: You understand that a lead is won or lost in the first 0.5 seconds of a scroll. You know how to design for high CTRs.The "Hook" Mindset: You understand "Click-Bait" as a science—high contrast, bold callouts, and psychological triggers that stop the thumb.Technical Agility: Expert-level Figma skills and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator for high-speed digital execution.Zero Ego: Our best designers love being proven wrong by the data. If a "ugly" ad outperforms a "beautiful" one, you’re the person who wants to find out why and do it again. Why Join the Group?Elite Creative Team: Collaborate with our Senior Graphic Designer and a massive 14-person performance creative team—the best in the business.World-Class Workspace: Our new 14,000 sq. ft. HQ at Foundation includes natural design elements, modern breakout spaces, and a living wall.Wellness First: Access to a modern on-site gym, showers, and vanity areas. The Scale: Join a team that invests over £10 million of client funds each month.
