Job Description

To conceptualize, design, and deliver visually compelling graphics and digital assets for both our hotel and fashion brand. The designer will support marketing, social media, branding, and product development through creative and brand-consistent design solutions. Key roles and responsibilitiesBrand & Visual Identity Design visual content that aligns with each brand’s tone, aesthetic, and communication goals. Create cohesive branding materials (logos, templates, typography systems) across platforms. Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines in all visual output. Digital & Print Design Design social media graphics, stories, ad creatives, banners, and motion graphics. Create promotional materials: brochures, flyers, catalogs, lookbooks, posters, and menus.

Design packaging, swing tags, labels, in-store signage, and product branding (for fashion brand). Design hotel service guides, signage, guest experiences brochures (for hospitality). Content Support & Campaign Design Work with marketing, content creators, and photographers to visually shape campaigns and product launches. Create mood boards, campaign layouts, and presentation decks. Collaborate on seasonal campaigns and event branding. Coordination & Asset Management Prepare production-ready files for printing and digital use. Manage and archive design files, fonts, image libraries, and templates. Liaise with external printers or vendors when necessary.

Required Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a graphic designer (experience in fashion or hospitality preferred). Key skills and competencies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Excellent eye for color, typography, composition, and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Adaptability in designing for multiple brand voices and formats. Basic understanding of photography, print production, or motion design (bonus).
