Job SummaryAs a Graphics Operator, you will run show-day graphics packages built by our graphics integrators in Character Works, Xpression, or Singular. You'll make minor adjustments during build and rehearsal days, perform data-entry into control spreadsheets, and ensure all on-air graphics are accurate, on-brand, and ready before we go live. This role requires poise under pressure, clear communication, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced live environment.Key Responsibilities / DutiesOperate live graphics systems on show day using Character Works, Xpression, or SingularMake minor package adjustments during build/rehearsal days per direction from the creative and productionExecute accurate data-entry within Excel/Google Sheets that drives dynamic graphic elementsSequence the entire show within the graphics engine to match rundowns and production cuesQC all graphics with onsite teams prior to going live; verify slates, lower thirds, scorebugs, clocks, and sponsor elementsWork with creative producers and clients to implement graphics tweaks and last-minute changesTroubleshoot common engine issues; communicate status and escalate when external support is neededCommunicate proactively with operations, engineering, production, and production management to resolve issues in real timeOther duties as assigned to support successful broadcastsRequired Skills & Qualifications1+ year operating live dynamic CG software (Singular, Xpression, or Character Works) in a live production environment1+ year experience on a live broadcast line (studio or remote)Proficient in working within established Excel/Google Sheets workflows to manipulate data-driven graphicsStrong multitasking, punctuality, and flexibility in fast-paced, high-pressure scenariosClear, concise communicator who can take direction and collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience building graphics in Character Works, Xpression Studio, or Singular LiveAbility to function calmly and accurately during live broadcastsPreferred / Good-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with programming/scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Lua, or similar) for data integration and automationA strong sense of design and typography; comfort in implementing creative feedback quicklyExperience in sports or esports broadcasting (live or studio)Passion for esports and understanding of common broadcast conventions (scorebugs, timers, stats)Efficient in HD workflows and post tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro/Final Cut Studio, After Effects, PhotoshopDeep understanding of in-game graphics settings (color, anti-aliasing, v-sync) and how they impact on-air quality
