Key Responsibilities Customer Greeting Engagement Warmly welcome every customer entering the showroom. Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude at all times. Offer refreshments and assist with initial seating or direction. Customer Handling Coordination Record customer details and purpose of visit (purchase, repair, exchange, etc.). Direct customers to appropriate sales staff or product sections. Manage customer waiting time effectively. Handle walk-ins, appointments, and VIP customers efficiently. Customer Experience Management Ensure that every visitor receives a premium, personalized experience. Collect feedback on customer satisfaction and share insights with the management team. Handle minor complaints tactfully and escalate major issues appropriately. Administrative Support Activities Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with the sales, service, and billing teams. Support in promotional events, exhibitions, and special campaigns. Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the reception area.
