Job SummaryCitycon is seeking an experienced Group Accounting Manager to join our Group Accounting team. This role is central to our financial operations, responsible for group-level consolidation and reporting within a publicly listed organization. The ideal candidate will have strong IFRS expertise and a solid background in group accounting, with a proven track record in managing complex reporting processes across multiple entities.Employment Type: PermanentStart of the Employment: As soon as possibleLocation: On-site location at EspooKey ResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting and consolidation processesPrepare IFRS entries and ensure timely delivery of internal and external reportsAnalyze financial and operational data, including Group G&A costs and business unit commentaryProduce ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business and leadership decision-makingContribute to planning, budgeting, and forecasting activitiesMaintain and improve forecasting templates and reporting toolsMaintain reporting guidelines and account descriptionsSupport subsidiaries in reporting-related matters and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processesQualifications and SkillsMinimum 7 years of experience in consolidation and reporting within a listed company.In-depth understanding of IFRSMaster’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Fluent in English and Finnish, both written and spoken.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage complex accounting issues (e.g., business combinations, foreign currency translation, fair value).Proven ability to orchestrate the group month end/quarter/year end close across multiple legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Experience with Workday or similar reporting systems is a plus.Salary and Benefits: Please include your salary expectations in your application.
