Group Finance Director

Position: Group Finance DirectorIndustry: Technology | Engineering | Manufacturing Salary: AED 40,000 – 45,000 (depending on experience)Location: DubaiKey Responsibilities:Oversee consolidated MIS reporting and ensure accurate financial statements across all entities.Drive the budgeting and forecasting process with precision and strategic insight.Maintain real-time visibility into group financial performance, cash flow, and cost controls.Lead financial planning, cost tracking, and variance analysis to support business decisions.Manage banking relationships, ensuring smooth coordination with auditors and compliance teams.Enforce strong governance and internal controls across all group entities.Requirements:12-15 years of progressive experience in finance and controlling, preferably in a multi-country or group-level setup.Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA (mandatory).Proven experience in consolidation, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.Excellent understanding of cash flow management, cost optimization, and compliance frameworks.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
