Group Head of Data & AnalyticsLocation: Midlands (Hybrid)Salary: £150,000 + Bonus + BenefitsSector: Retail / ConsumerA leading retail and consumer business is seeking a Group Head of Data & Analytics to shape and deliver the next phase of its data transformation journey.This is a pivotal, strategic leadership role, responsible for defining and executing a modern data strategy that powers commercial decisions, digital innovation, and customer insight across the group.The OpportunityAs the Group Head of Data & Analytics, you will:Lead the design and implementation of a cloud-first data platform, leveraging the Azure Fabric stack and Databricks to create a unified, scalable data environment.Set the strategic direction for data governance, architecture, and analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.Build and develop high-performing teams across data engineering, data science, and BI, ensuring best practice and continuous innovation.Partner closely with senior leadership across commercial, digital, and operations to embed data-driven decision-making at every level.Drive the adoption of AI/ML and predictive analytics to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.About YouYou’ll be an accomplished data leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data strategies in fast-paced, consumer-led environments.
