Are you our new Group Legal Specialist? Together with the members of the Group Legal team you will be providing legal advice on primarily contractual sourcing aspects of Intrum Group's legal matters within corporate related matters in the head office function, both from a process perspective as well as a project perspective as you, together with the Legal Director, Commercial Contracts, will be responsible for the group outsourcing instruction and process related thereto.Intrum's head office is located in Stockholm but the work is spread geographically across our entire footprint in Europe. The position may involve some travelling.The Group Legal team consists of ca. forty lawyers, of which nine work on global matters, located in our headquarters in central Stockholm (Sweden) as well as in Athens (Greece), Dublin (Ireland), Helsinki (Finland), Vilnius (Lithuania) and Zug (Switzerland). You will report to the Legal Director, Commercial Contracts, and be the member of the Group Legal team. What will you do:Support the organization in the successful implementation of outsourcing initiatives and ensure thorough review and management of related contracts, aligning with legal, business, and Intrum strategic requirements.Assist in planning and executing outsourcing strategy aligned with business goals.Review outsourcing contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.Identify and flag risks, ambiguities and improvement opportunities in contract terms.Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate and finalize contracts.In addition to the above, the role will include general support to the global legal function in relevant day-to-day matters based on workload within the global function as well as prior experience and interests of the candidate.Together with the Legal Director, Commercial Contracts, and the members of the Group Legal team be responsible for maintaining and developing relevant global legal instructions and processes to ensure continuous improvements throughout the organization. What we´re looking for: A lawyer with around 3-7 years professional experience working in-house, preferably at a multinational company in the financial industry company, and/or a law firm.Relevant law degree depending on jurisdiction.
