For our client we are seeking an experienced and curious Electrical & Electronics Engineer with strong leadership abilities and a passion for driving product development. You thrive in a technical lead role, guiding teams, removing obstacles, enabling efficiency, and helping colleagues grow while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.Team Lead ResponsibilitiesRemove risks and obstacles to ensure the team meets or exceeds objectives.Facilitate stand-ups, PI planning, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.Ensure actions progress to closure with strong follow-up.Improve team dynamics, performance, and ways of working.Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and act as a gateway for efficient workflows.Prioritize and balance team workload together with managers and system owners.Support competence development and capability planning within the team.Spend approximately 50% of your time on leadership and 50% on technical contribution.Node Owner ResponsibilitiesThe Node Owner owns, develops, and maintains ECUs and embedded software throughout the full lifecycle. Responsibilities include:Ensure ECU hardware and software fulfill all technical, quality, time, and cost requirements.Coordinate, document, and release new ECU/ESW according to established processes and standards.Maintain roadmaps and contribute to long- and short-term development planning.Ensure Software Requirement Specifications and Technical Requirements are updated and aligned.Keep configuration systems, SW structures, and release data accurate and up to date.Support integration, testing, and validation in vehicles.Act as the main contact for questions from various internal and external stakeholders.Participate in development of builder instructions and technical documentation.Contribute to resolving quality issues across projects, factories, and aftermarket.Maintain knowledge-management practices, ensuring consistent sharing and transfer of expertise.Who You AreYou are a strong communicator, a natural collaborator, and genuinely passionate about product development. You bring curiosity, technical depth, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach.Required Skills & CompetenciesSolid experience in embedded hardware/software development in the automotive industry.Strong understanding of ECU functionality and electronics architecture.Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 26262.Experience with configuration systems and product-lifecycle tools.Familiarity with system and architectural design for instrument clusters, connectivity, or similar domains.Leadership experience in engineering environments.Strong communication and networking skills.Ability to define technical strategies and long-term roadmaps.AuthoritiesApprove ECU and ESW documentation according to standards and legal requirements.Release parts/documents in engineering change management systems.Approve DCN releases at the check-level.Define long-term strategies and roadmaps for assigned nodes.Interested?
