You will report to the Group Talent Management & Employee Experience Associate.Main responsibilities will include:Support the execution of the global performance management process, ensuring  the campaign is successfully implemented, while continuously improving the model based on feedback and in collaboration with HR teams across all countries.Lead and coordinate ad-hoc projects with country teams that arise during the performance management campaign.Evaluate outcomes and propose new initiatives and actions for future campaign cycles, leveraging feedback and learnings.Contribute to the eReputation project by helping to position Verisure as a top employer across key employer branding platforms.Provide support to countries on talent management and employee experience initiatives.You will have the opportunity to play a strategic and operational role at the same time – with ownership and accountability.LocationThe position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain) under a hybrid work from home policy of 2-3 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.Candidate profileExperiencee & QualificationsWe are looking for a high potential / top performer individual, proactive, solution-oriented focused on driving value to the business who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding jobTop tier education background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (ideally engineering or business administration).Problem structuring, strategic problem-solving.Structured and detail oriented, while capable of understanding the big pictureIdeally, strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides in PowerPoint.Ideally, experience of working in international multi-cultural environments and with diverse and remote teams.CompetenciesStrong EQ and level of judgment - strong, confident yet humble person, with ability to interact at all levels, and manage interactions with the senior leadership.Ability and willingness to take a "hands on" approach, while maintaining an ability for a high level or strategic view of programme activities.Abilities in executing projects with guidance.Responsiveness, multi-tasking, and balancing customer demands while managing multiple deliverables/deadlines.A match to our culture – high energy and flexible, and huge amounts of drive.
