The GFSE acts as a scalable subject matter expert and is pivotal in addressing this innovative standardized methodology, controlled by SAP, leading with AI. The GFSE is a high impact role closely partnering with the Account Expert and Account Teams and focusing on fast engagements, particularly in the “Select” and “Extend” phases of the Customer Value Journey (CVJ). The GFSE brings deep & focus domain expertise, effectively articulates business outcomes, and accelerates SAP’s acquisitions of new public cloud customers in the Corporate Segment. It is a critical role to expand the cloud footprint and guide renewals, foster solution expansion, and drive long-term growth through scalable engagements across a defined region and area of responsibilityResponsibilitiesDesign GROW Fast program, aligned with LoB CRO prioritieAccelerate Public Cloud Customer Acquisition. Support the sales execution of GROW pipeline. Increase deal velocity and grow SAP’s volume business through sales execution strategy with partnerPosition Value of Innovation. Articulate the expected standardized solution value to SAP sellers & partners to achieve their outcomes. Bring in domain expertise to accelerate and expand transformative sales motions through collaboration with account teams and PartnersDrive Continued Customer Success. Support renewals and expansions by reducing time to go live. Secure path to deploy and usage by paving way for incremental consumption. Ensure ongoing success to realize sustainable customer lifetime value (CLTVRequirementsExtensive Sales Experience: Over 8 years in selling business software and IT solutions, with a strong track record in volume transactions and short sales cycles.Expertise in SAP Solutions: Deep knowledge of SAP offerings, including service and support, and experience managing SAP seller and partner relationships.Sales Strategy & Execution: Skilled in demand generation, pipeline and opportunity management, and developing value-driven opportunity plans.Customer & Partner Engagement: Proven ability to lead with influence, support deal progression, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities via partners.Business & Market Insight: Strong understanding of financial, competitive, and regulatory environments, as well as company operations and business models.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
