The Growth Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain customers. This role combines creativity with data analytics, focusing on measurable growth through experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing.The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of marketing, product, and data — using insights and testing to uncover scalable growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities Strategy & ExperimentationDevelop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels (paid, organic, social, email, referral, and partnerships).Design and run growth experiments to test hypotheses around acquisition, activation, and retention.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, data, and sales) to identify and execute new growth initiatives.Maintain a growth roadmap and prioritize high-impact tests based on data-driven insights. Acquisition & Funnel OptimizationManage paid acquisition campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.Optimize user journeys, from ad click to conversion, using A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.Analyze customer behavior to identify drop-off points and implement strategies to improve engagement.Collaborate with web and UX teams to enhance landing page performance and lead conversion rates. Retention & Lifecycle MarketingDevelop email and automation flows for onboarding, nurturing, and retention using tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.Leverage CRM data to segment audiences and deliver personalized messaging.Implement referral or loyalty programs to encourage repeat engagement. Data, Analytics & ReportingMeasure and analyze performance metrics across the marketing funnel (CAC, LTV, retention, ROAS, churn, etc.).Create dashboards and reports to communicate growth insights and progress to stakeholders.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker Studio) to identify optimization opportunities. Collaboration & InnovationPartner with product and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business goals.Stay informed on growth tactics, emerging tools, and industry trends.Share learnings from experiments to inform future strategies across the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing roles.Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.Proficiency in A/B testing, CRO, and marketing automation tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Preferred SkillsExperience in a startup or fast-paced environment.Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.Working knowledge of SQL or basic data querying.Experience using tools like Segment, Zapier, or Webflow for no-code automation.Certification in Google Analytics, Growth Marketing, or Data Analytics.What We OfferCompetitive salary with growth-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision).Remote-friendly work environment.Professional development budget for courses and certifications.A data-driven, innovative team culture focused on experimentation and learning.
