The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and data-driven, with a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and campaign management.Key Responsibilities Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and social media initiatives.Identify target audiences, platform strategies, and engagement tactics.Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and PR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Content Creation & ManagementOversee the creation of engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, stories, and posts.Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and voice.Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster engagement.Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for co-created content. Paid Social Media CampaignsPlan, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms.Monitor ad spend, targeting, and performance metrics to maximize ROI.Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and copy.Work closely with the Paid Media/PPC team to align paid and organic strategies. Analytics & ReportingTrack key performance metrics including reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI.Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy and paid campaigns.Prepare regular reports for stakeholders with actionable insights.Stay updated on platform algorithms, features, and emerging trends.
