Job Description

The PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels. The role focuses on driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through data-driven paid media strategies.The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with creative thinking to optimize campaigns, improve ad performance, and contribute to overall marketing goals.Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & PlanningDevelop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign strategy.Create comprehensive paid media plans aligned with marketing objectives and budgets.Define KPIs and success metrics for all campaigns. Campaign Execution & OptimizationSet up campaigns, ad groups, targeting, and bidding strategies.Write, test, and optimize ad copy for higher click-through rates and conversions.Continuously monitor performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates. Analytics & ReportingMonitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms.Generate detailed reports on spend, conversions, ROI, and other key metrics.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.Evaluate attribution models to understand cross-channel performance. Collaboration & Strategy AlignmentWork with marketing, content, and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.Coordinate with SEO and social media teams to align paid campaigns with organic strategies.Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, strategies, and test results.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2–4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns.Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred SkillsGoogle Ads, Bing Ads, or Meta Blueprint certification.Experience with e-commerce platforms and shopping campaigns.Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).Experience in multi-channel paid media campaigns.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible remote or hybrid work options.Opportunities for professional development and certifications.A collaborative, data-driven marketing team focused on measurable growth.
