Growth Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join our team at Arkhe Games!What You’ll Do• Develop and execute user acquisition (UA) strategies for our mobile games• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Mintegral, Google Ads, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and other platforms• Track and analyze key metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS, Retention) to maximize ROI• Conduct A/B tests to improve creatives, targeting, and campaign efficiency• Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to boost app visibility and conversion• Work on monetization strategies, optimizing in-game economy and revenue models• Collaborate closely with product, data, and creative teams to identify growth opportunities• Conduct competitor and market analysis to discover new growth channels• Manage relationships with ad networks and external partnersWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience in Growth, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing (preferably in the gaming sector)A deep enthusiasm for mobile gaming and an understanding of what makes players come backCuriosity to explore new growth tactics and eagerness to experiment with fresh ideasComfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and turning insights into actionStrong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate clearly with different departmentsA detail-oriented mindset when handling creatives, campaign setups, and analyticsOpen to learning UA platforms, creative testing methods, and optimization strategiesCapable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English, both written and spokenPrior experience in UA or Growth Management in the gaming sector is a plusPreferably residing in Mersin or able to work full-time at our Mersin office.
