We focus on innovation, growth, and operational excellence.Responsibilities:Content & PlanningAlign with the marketing team’s content calendar to localize and maintain a consistent monthly social calendarWrite engaging and brand-consistent captions in Turkish (and English if required)Prepare post concepts for Stories, Reels, Carousels, and Static ImagesScheduling & PublishingUse Meta Business Suite or similar tools to schedule and publish posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X)Ensure posts go live at optimal times for engagementManage timely uploads and content formattingDM ManagementMonitor all inboxes for messages and commentsRespond promptly and professionallyEscalate urgent issues to internal teamsCommunity EngagementLike, reply, and engage with comments and tagged postsMonitor UGC and brand mentionsStrengthen community relationshipsPerformance MonitoringTrack metrics: likes, reach, comments, shares, savesDeliver weekly/monthly reportsSuggest improvements based on dataTrend AwarenessStay updated on local/global trends, memes, and platform changesRecommend trend-based content ideas for the Turkish audiencePlatform ProfessionalismEnsure consistency across bios, highlights, pinned postsKeep feeds clean, on-brand, and up-to-dateCommunication & CoordinationAlign regularly with the marketing team on priorities and campaignsApply strategic input from central/global teamsRequirements:1–3 years of social media or digital content experienceStrong grasp of Turkish social media culture and platform behaviorsProficient with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XExperience with Meta Business Suite or scheduling toolsExcellent writing in Turkish and EnglishCreative mindset, reliable executionStrong communication and collaboration skillsInterest in tech/mobile/consumer electronics is a plusFluent spoken and written English
