We are a Remote First company and allow full Work From Home.Key Actions & DutiesCommunicationYou are fluent in English and comfortable in oral and written communication with collaborators and users.Product Growth Strategy & ExecutionShape and execute data-driven growth strategies focused on app metrics: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.Identify high-potential audience segments and test outreach approaches.Optimize acquisition channels (organic, paid, referral, affiliate, and viral loops) with a rigorous experiment cadence.Partner with product to improve key funnels: onboarding, paywall, subscription, and re-engagement.AI Product Marketing & PositioningCraft compelling messaging and positioning to showcase AI products’ valuesDevelop and execute AI-focused marketing campaigns that resonate with the audienceCollaborate with the product team to refine the onboarding experience and user journeyPerformance & Data AnalyticsAssist in tracking growth metrics (user acquisition, activation, retention)Support A/B testing and data analysis efforts to improve funnels and conversionsUse AI tools and automation solutions to aid marketing initiativesViral & Community GrowthSupport efforts to encourage organic growth, referrals, and community engagementHelp develop relationships with influencers and AI enthusiasts Collaboration & ExperimentationWork closely with engineering, product and design teams to align on growth initiativesContinuously test and iterate on growth experiments to find high-impact opportunitiesStay ahead of AI and marketing trends to apply innovative growth hacking techniquesSkill & Experience RequirementsRequired: 1–2+ years in product/app growth or digital growth roles with measurable impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Strong communication skills in EnglishPlus: Game industry experience; SaaS/SMB app growth exposure.Some understanding of AI in marketing is a plus, but not mandatory Eagerness to learn and grow in growth marketing Commercially driven and customer centricFamiliarity with digital marketing channels and conceptsKnowledge working with WordpressExperience working with affiliate partners and influencersExperience in building communitiesDegree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldB2B experience is a bonusThe Opportunity for YouThis is your opportunity to take a new product, directly apply your skills, create value and take it to the next level.
