Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement market entry strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to the South Korean market.Manage and optimize local marketing budgets, ensuring the effective allocation of resources across key channels.Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, product, and customer support) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.Monitor and optimize Naver SEO Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, agencies, and other stakeholders to increase brand visibility.Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:At least 2+ years of experience in marketing, Korean speakers with a focus on the South Korean market (preferably in crypto exchange).In-depth understanding of the South Korean consumer landscape, cultural trends, and market dynamics.Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.Strong communication skills in Korean or Chinese is a plus (written and verbal).Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
