This role centers on driving organic and revenue growth for a spirituality-focused TikTok account with an established follower base. The primary objective is to scale the account to 100K followers and achieve ambitious monthly revenue targets through group subscriptions, one-time readings, and course packages. Content creation is already managed, so the emphasis is on growth management, funnel optimization, and innovative marketing tactics tailored to the spirituality niche.Deliverables Develop and implement organic growth strategies to increase TikTok followers to 100K. Design and execute experiments to optimize conversion funnels for group subscriptions, readings, and course packages. Monitor analytics to track progress toward monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Identify and test new tactics for audience engagement and retention. Collaborate with content creators to align growth initiatives with channel messaging.
