About UsInsiderInns is a fast-growing travel-tech startup backed by the SMIT and the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism.We’re building a new-generation platform for booking hotels and experiences, designed to make travel simpler, smarter, and more inspiring for both local and international travelers.We’ve built a solid foundation with real traction, partnerships, and visibility, now it’s time to accelerate our growth and establish InsiderInns as a leading brand in Morocco’s tourism landscape.The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced, hands-on marketer to lead our growth and go-to-market strategy.You’ll work directly with the founders to design, execute, and scale our marketing initiatives, from campaign strategy and digital growth to influencer collaborations and brand storytelling.This is a core team role, you’ll have the freedom to shape our marketing direction and play a key part in InsiderInns’ next chapter.Your responsibilities will include:Defining and executing the go-to-market and growth strategy.Launching and managing digital campaigns across paid and organic channels.Building our brand presence across social media and partnerships.Leading influencer and PR initiatives.Tracking performance and optimizing acquisition and engagement.You’re the right fit if you:Have 3–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in travel, tech, or consumer products).Are confident leading both strategy and execution.Understand digital performance, creative storytelling, and growth experimentation.Are proactive, analytical, and love building things from scratch.What We Offer:A chance to lead marketing for a promising, funded travel-tech startup.Equity (stock options), become part of the company’s success.A dynamic and creative work environment.Hybrid or in-person role based in Marrakech.Send your CV and a short note on why this opportunity interests you to: careers@insiderinns.com
