SummaryThis role leads merchant acquisition for Snbla. You will design and run growth systems that bring merchants into our waiting list and convert them into demo bookings. Success in this role means consistent weekly growth, clear reporting, and strong coordination between marketing and partnerships. You will shape how Snbla enters the market and ensure we move fast with a small team.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage merchant acquisition funnels from awareness to demo bookingDevelop weekly testing plans to improve performance across all channelsSet messaging direction with the content specialist and performance marketerTrack, analyze, and report lead quality and conversion ratesWork closely with the partnerships team to align marketing output with merchant needsIdentify gaps in the growth process and fix them quicklyEnsure all communication is simple, clear, and aligned with Snbla’s product value.QualificationsBased in Saudi Arabia with strong understanding of the local merchant market (Preferably Saudi)Experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketingStrong analytical skills and comfort with data toolsAbility to simplify complex product features into clear messagesExperience working in fast-moving environmentsStrong communication and project coordination skills
