The role focuses heavily on project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and events, working closely with sales, product, operations, and external agencies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Key Responsibilities Execute full marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) for real estate launches and promotions.Lead exhibitions, roadshows, and events including planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event reporting.Manage agencies by preparing briefs, tracking deliverables, and ensuring high-quality output.Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy and positioning.Oversee marketing communications across digital and traditional channels (social, email, website, OOH, print).Develop marketing content such as copy, brochures, and presentations.Align with sales to support lead generation and customer engagement.Monitor campaign performance (KPIs, ROI) and provide insights for improvement.Manage marketing budgets efficiently.Ensure consistent brand identity and support internal communications initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing plans with project timelines and launches.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience; agency experience is preferred.Strong background in event marketing (roadshows, exhibitions, real estate preferred).Experience in Saudi/GCC markets.Excellent Arabic & English communication skills.Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Knowledge of digital tools, CRM, and performance analytics.Budget management experience and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
