This role requires someone who can blend creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring all campaigns reflect the elevated standards of a luxury hospitality environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for premium dining concepts.Identify and analyze target audiences, campaign objectives, and desired business outcomes.Conduct market and competitor research to guide campaign strategy and brand positioning.Create, curate, and manage engaging digital and social media content.Coordinate with operations, culinary, PR, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.Stay current with marketing, hospitality, and social media trends, ensuring the brand remains ahead of the curve.Assist in managing and allocating the marketing budget efficiently.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.Strong creative thinking and content creation skills.Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Strong customer-centric mindset and proactive approach.
