We’re excited to offer a Tamheer opportunity for a Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join our Sales Operations & Governance team in Riyadh.Role OverviewIn this role, you will play a vital part in driving business performance visibility through analytics, forecasting, and insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to PepsiCo’s commercial operations and decision-making processes in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, interpret, and consolidate data to support accurate and reliable demand forecasts.Contribute to enhancing forecasting processes, methodologies, and reporting efficiency.Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting of business performance metrics.Support the development of dashboards, insights, and performance analytics to guide business decisions.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.Experience in forecasting, inventory management, or demand planning is preferred.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Must meet HRDF Tamheer eligibility requirements.Why PepsiCo?At PepsiCo, your growth is our priority.
