Job Description

Job Purpose:To lead and manage all marketing communications activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Marketing Communications Manager oversees content creation, brand positioning, digital and offline communication, campaigns, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance the company's market presence.Responsibilities and Duties:Develop and implement the annual marketing communications plan aligned with corporate strategy.Ensure integration between branding, advertising, digital communication, and PR initiatives.Maintain consistency in messaging across all consumer and corporate touchpoints.Protect and enhance the companys brand identity across all communication materials.Oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departments and agencies.Lead brand positioning activities and support new product introductions with communication strategies.Oversee the creation of marketing content including brochures, catalogs, videos, social media assets, and corporate presentations.Manage storytelling and messaging across print, digital, and internal communication platforms.Coordinate with designers, agencies, and production teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs.Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, OOH, events, PR).Ensure campaign alignment with business goals and product strategies.Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and market feedback.Collaborate with digital teams to develop engaging digital content and communication strategies.Oversee corporate website messaging, email campaigns, and social media communication.Support SEO, SEM, and performance marketing with accurate communication and creative assets.Support internal communication initiatives including newsletters, announcements, and corporate updates.Ensure alignment between internal communication and external brand messaging.Coordinate with the PR team to maintain consistent communication strategies.Support press releases, media communications, and interview preparation as needed.Work closely with product, sales, customer experience, and digital teams to develop effective communication materials.Support key business functions with communication guidance and marketing tools.Manage external agencies, production companies, and content providers.Oversee quotations, timelines, and quality assurance for all communication deliverables.Track performance of communication activities using communication KPIs.Provide reports and recommendations to improve communication effectiveness.Maintain archives of all communication assets and documents.Education:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.Masters Degree is an advantage.Experience:6 - 10 years of experience in marketing communications.Experience in automotive, retail, or consumer goods industry is preferred.Strong background in creative communication, content development, and brand management.Competencies:Strong communication and storytelling skills.Excellent project and time management abilities.Creative mindset with high attention to detail.Proficiency in marketing tools, CMS, digital platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite (advantage).Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
