We are excited to open a Tamheer opportunity for a Trade & Promotion Planner within our Sales Operations & Governance team in Riyadh.Role OverviewThe Trade & Promotion Planner (Tamheer Trainee) will support trade plan execution, communication, and performance tracking across channels and regions. This role provides exposure to front-line sales dynamics, promotional planning, and performance analytics—offering hands-on experience in PepsiCo’s core commercial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate and track trade plans across assigned sales channels.Consolidate monthly trade inputs from Area Sales Managers by channel.Provide quantitative analysis and actionable business insights to the TT Excellence team across regions/channels.Support promotional planning cycles, channel performance reviews, and execution tracking.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.1–2 years of field experience across traditional trade channels (DTS, SSV, and/or Wholesale) is preferred.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with trade systems is an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Must meet HRDF Tamheer eligibility requirements.Why PepsiCo?At PepsiCo, we champion bold thinking, empower learning, and invest in developing our next generation of commercial talent.
