Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaDepartment: Procurement DepartmentIndustry: Sports Retail – Apparel, Footwear, Equipment & Private LabelAt Elfaleh Sports House, we are on an exciting journey to elevate our sports brands — expanding our reach, strengthening our collections, and creating meaningful stories that connect with athletes and customers across the region.We are looking for an energetic, creative, and business-driven Sport Brand Manager who can lead the growth of one of our key brands. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in sports or fashion categories, understands product cycles, and can drive both brand identity and commercial performance.This role blends creative brand development with the commercial responsibilities of assortment planning, category performance, and supplier management. You will work closely with procurement, merchandising, retail, and design partners to build a strong and competitive brand.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and growth of the assigned sports brand, ensuring a strong identity, positioning, and customer connection.Support in defining seasonal brand direction, product stories, and collection themes that enhance brand appeal.Build, structure, and optimize seasonal and annual assortments across footwear, apparel, and sports equipment.Analyze sales data, category performance, margins, customer insights, and stock levels to identify opportunities and improve commercial results.Select products that align with brand strategy, customer needs, and market trends.Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, exclusive items, and strong long-term partnerships.Ensure all products meet quality standards and reflect the brand’s positioning and expectations.Monitor market and competitor movements to define pricing strategies, enhance competitiveness, and guide commercial decisions.Collaborate with merchandising, retail branches, sales teams, marketing, and e-commerce to ensure optimal visibility, availability, and performance across all channels.Manage seasonal launches, product readiness, and coordination of key retail cycles.Prepare monthly reports covering brand KPIs, category performance, assortment effectiveness, and supplier evaluations.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in brand management, product/category management, or buying—preferably in sports or fashion.Solid understanding of retail cycles, product development basics, and market trends.Strong creativity combined with analytical and commercial decision-making skills.Proven negotiation and supplier management experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple categories.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
