You will create all of it.You will work directly with the founder and own the full marketing lifecycle:strategy → execution → optimization → reportingThis is a hands-on role for someone who can create structure, produce content, and run campaigns independently.ResponsibilitiesBuild the full marketing strategy and marketing systemsCreate content: case studies, blog posts, landing pages, short-form/video contentManage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTokDraft weekly LinkedIn posts for the founderPlan and run Meta and Google adsCreate a content calendar and workflowCoordinate PR angles, mentions, and partnershipsSupport SEO content initiativesMonitor performance and optimize continuouslyMaintain brand consistency across all assetsPaid adsRequirements3–5+ years B2B marketing experience (SaaS, retail tech, or digital signage a plus)Experience building marketing systems in early-stage or no-marketing environmentsStrong creativity and content skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedAble to work independently and execute dailyStrategic mindset with strong demand-gen intuitionBenefitsFull-time, remoteMajor holidays offLong-term growth opportunity as the role expands
