Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing / Growth manager to accelerate the success of Salla merchants by improving their advertising performance and overall growth.In this role, you'll lead our growth and performance strategy across all digital channels ,focusing on maximizing merchants' ROAS,optimizing ad efficiency, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through the Salla Ads ecosystem.You'll partner with internal teams, and platform partners (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Google, etc.) to build scalable acquisition frameworks, actionable insights, and automation tools that empower merchants to grow faster and smarter.Key ResponsibilitiesMerchant Growth & EnablementDesign and execute strategies that help Salla merchants increase their ROAS, conversions, and sales growth across all channels.Develop and manage growth playbooks, templates, and campaigns that merchants can easily activate from within the Salla Ads platform.Identify high-potential merchants and craft tailored performance strategies to scale their results.Partner with key social and ad platforms to create merchant success stories and drive joint marketing programs.Performance Marketing LeadershipOwn full-funnel performance marketing strategy (awareness → conversion → retention) for Salla Ads and merchant campaigns.Lead the optimization of merchant ad performance through advanced targeting, automation, and creative excellence.Build and manage a team of performance marketers focused on merchant acquisition, retention, and ad spend growth.Collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve Salla Ads algorithms, bidding strategies, and performance dashboards.Data, Insights & OptimizationAnalyze campaign data to extract insights that drive actionable recommendations for merchants and internal teams.Establish ROAS benchmarks and continuously optimize towards lowerCAC and higher revenue impact.Lead experiments (A/B tests, audience segmentation, creative tests) to uncover scalable growth levers.Report growth metrics, ROI, and merchant performance trends to leadership and external partners.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver measurable results for merchants using Salla Ads.Partner with platform teams (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google) to launch co-marketing programs and optimize ad integrations.Collaborate with the Creative Studio to develop high-impact ad templates, creatives, and video content for merchants.Requirements7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition, ideally in e-commerce or AdTechProven success improving ROAS, CAC, and LTV through data-driven marketing strategiesStrong understanding of digital ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat,Google Ads, etc.)Deep analytical mindset — ability to interpret complex data and translate it into simple actions for merchantsExperience leading teams and managing multi-million SAR ad budgetsExcellent communication skills in English and Arabic are a strong Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Merchant average ROAS growthActive merchants using Salla AdsMerchant ad spend retention and expansionCAC efficiency and conversion rate upliftIncremental GMV generated through Salla Ads
