Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the Regional Digital Marketing Team, you will collaborate on developing and executing digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize the brand’s online presence to drive engagement. What You’ll Be Doing:Reporting to the Director of Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaignsManage social media platforms & influencer partnershipsOptimize website, SEO, and paid digital campaigns to boost direct bookingsCollaborate with creative teams on branding, PR, and visual assetsSupport events, promotions, and revenue-driving initiativesOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or a combination of education and experienceStrong brand storytelling skills with experience managing digital content and social media Advanced knowledge of Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva), WordPress, and Microsoft 365 Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4 certification is a plus)
