About the RoleWe’re looking for a Growth/Performance Marketing Manager who’s obsessed with scaling DTC brands profitably and knows their way around the metrics that actually move the needle. You’ll own performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google, working closely with our creatives, developers, and brand team to launch, test, and optimise campaigns that drive serious growth.This isn’t a media buying-only role - it’s part strategy, part CRO, part attribution science. If you're curious, analytical, and creatively-driven, this is your playground.What You’ll Be DoingThis role is both strategic and operational. You will be fully accountable for leading D2C growth across global markets, with a core focus on scaling performance in the UK. You will own performance and budgets and report into our Founder. Other duties include:🛒 Buying across Meta, TikTok & Google Ads - managing budgets, scaling winners, killing losers, and running new angles📊 Finding new growth avanues 🧪 Running landing page A/B tests and CRO experiments - working with devs and designers to increase conversion rates and improve customer journeys📊 Developing ad concepts using data - analysing creative performance and briefing in new ideas based on scroll-stopping insights along with the team and creative strategists.🔍 Improving attribution and reporting - refining models and helping the team better understand CAC, LTV, and blended ROAS across platforms🤝 Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and developers - briefing, reviewing, and iterating quickly to support agile creative testing🚀 Scaling what works - identifying winning campaigns, expanding reach, and ensuring efficient, profitable growthFunnel and landing page optimisationYou Should Apply If...You have 3+ Years of paid marketing experience/direct responseYou’ve run performance marketing for a DTC brand (essential), ideally in CPG, wellness, skincare, supplements, or similarYou know Meta and TikTok Ads inside out, and you’re comfortable managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping)You can spot a leaky funnel from a mile away and know how to fix itYou’ve built and interpreted CRO tests using tools like VWO, Google Optimize (RIP King), Shoplift or similarYou care about attribution - even if you hate how messy it is - and you know how to build better visibility across platformsYou thrive in fast-moving teams and don’t wait for permission to test something newYou love working with creative and can brief clearly with performance insights in mindYou’re comfortable owning budget and performance - but also enjoy team input and collaborationBonus Points ForExperience with tools like Triple Whale, Motion, Northbeam or MixpanelStrong understanding of post-purchase LTV or subscription funnelsHands-on experience building pages in Webflow, Replo, or similarA soft spot for great packaging, bold copy, or brands with personality (👋 that's us)What You’ll GetA pivotal role in a brand with real momentumWorking closely with the founderA culture that values creative thinking and performanceFreedom to test, learn, and scale fastCompetitive salary + two performance-based bonusesFlexible working (3 days in office, 2 WFH - Monday and Friday)Product perks, of course 💊25 Days Annual Leave + your Birthday off!Regular team dinners, activities and lunchesA really really nice teamLocation: UK (Hybrid - 2x Days WFH, 3x Days in Battersea Office)Type: Full-timeReady to Make Ads That Actually Work?Drop us your CV, a short note about your recent wins, and (if available) examples of campaigns or landing pages you’ve helped scale.
