The OpportunityJoining the Operations Capability team, you will support the successful rollout of a global development programme designed to equip leaders with the skills and behaviours they need to make better, faster, and more informed business decisions.Working closely with Programme Managers, you’ll help coordinate and deliver blended learning solutions across multiple markets, ensuring outstanding execution and a seamless learner experience. This role also involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the programme, making it ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. What You’ll Be DoingSupporting Programme Managers to deliver key programme milestones on time and to a high standardCoordinating logistics, schedules, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendorsManaging budgets, forecasts, and project documentationOverseeing logistics for virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessionsHandling programme communications through Teams, SharePoint, LXP, and dedicated mailboxesResponding to participant questions and providing ongoing support throughout the learning journeyAnalysing engagement and learning impact data to provide insights for continuous improvementLeading planning and logistics for onsite learning events, including venues, catering, and participant communicationsProviding general administrative support including meeting coordination, minute-taking, maintaining trackers, and updating programme documentationEnsuring programme components are aligned, ready, and professionally deliveredSupporting additional L&D initiatives within the wider Capability Development team About YouYou’re proactive, organised, and excited about helping large global teams learn and grow. You enjoy solving problems, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and delivering high-quality learning experiences. You also thrive on keeping operations smooth through effective administrative support. What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, L&D, or similarExperience supporting or coordinating large-scale projects (global exposure a plus)Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesConfidence using MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing)Bonus: experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Synthesia) or Learning Management SystemsAn interest in learning and capability development
