Job Description

We are looking for a Growth Program Manager who thinks beyond features and roadmaps. For us, a PO is not simply a backlog manager — it is a strategic connector between our audience’s real needs, our business objectives, and our social impact goals.The ideal candidate understands why people use our products, what problems they are trying to solve, and how those needs intersect with our company’s strategy. You will translate that understanding into product decisions that serve both our audience and our mission.ResponsibilitiesVision & Strategy Alignment:Translate the company’s social impact strategy and business objectives into a clear long-term product vision that directly responds to our audience’s real needs.Propose and execute product development stages that ensure every social impact feature or initiative both advances impact outcomes and strengthens business sustainability.Continuously engage with our users, conduct research, and collaborate with executives to validate opportunities where audience needs, social impact, and business value intersect.Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, impact strategists, and the development team, ensuring alignment on goals that matter for both people and the company.Backlog ManagementOwn and maintain the product backlog as a strategic tool to operationalize impact and business goals.Write, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.Ensure backlog items are clear, transparent, and aligned with business and impact goals.Balance competing priorities (business value, customer needs, technical debt, risks).Stakeholder CommunicationGather requirements from stakeholders (customers, business units, management).Communicate product goals, priorities, and progress clearly showing how they serve both impact strategy and business interests.Manage expectations and resolve conflicts on priorities.Ensure the team understands why they are building something, not just what.Sprint & Release PlanningManage sprint planning and review meetings. Set tasks for the development team.Approve completed work based on acceptance criteria.Decide when a feature or increment is “ready” for release.Continuous ImprovementMonitor product performance and customer feedbackIdentify opportunities for iteration and improvement.Adapt backlog and priorities as business needs evolve.Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Product ManagerProven background in tech companies or digital productsStrong understanding of how to integrate social impact-driven initiatives (inclusion, educational programs, etc.) into digital productsSolid understanding of target user audiences and their needsHands-on experience with product hypothesis testing and validationAbility to define product vision and translate it into clear development tasksStrong skills in establishing effective communication with cross-functional teams and building product development processesExcellent command of English (C1 level or higher)Conditions & BenefitsHealth insurance with oncology coverage and life insurance included.Hybrid work mode and flexible schedule.Relocation package offered for candidates from other regions.Access to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal support.Diverse internal training programs.Partially or fully paid additional training courses.All necessary work equipment.Fitness club membership discount.
