Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project/ Program Manager to oversee smart warehouse operations with a strong background in Logistics , Warehouse management, Supply Chain, Process Improvement. change management, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, manage cross-functional vendor teams, and ensure seamless execution of projects and action items in a fast-paced data center environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, delivering clear, concise, and actionable communications to stakeholders at all levels. Present reports, metrics, and recommendations to leadership.Work with relevant partners to write postmortems within the prescribed Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and generate AIs.Manage and resolve AIs with relevant stakeholders and help resolve them. The target is to close at least 50% of the AIs each month which the Contractor will help facilitate.Collaborate with partner teams to address and mitigate potential automation issues, including scheduling follow-up meetings on identified risks or delays.Support meetings by taking notes and following up on action items with Client team members. Manage bugs and tickets related to change management. Develop strategies to support process improvements, technology upgrades, and organizational changes. Minimize disruptions while ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoptionOversee change management processes for system and physical automation improvements within the warehouse.Communicate project status to stakeholders and vendors, and track progress of various initiatives. Need to submit detail status reports on weekly basisCommunicate all P0/P1 issues with 30 min to respective stakeholders and clearly define action items to resolve itCreate, monitor, and respond to tickets and bugs related to automation projects.Provide recommendations to client and other partner teams for improving existing warehouse processes.Support meetings by taking notes and following up on action items with Google team members.Manage a by-weekly/monthly release of the SMART WarehouseWork closely with engineering, IT, facilities, and partner teams to coordinate data center initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve shared objectives.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data center operations and program execution. Develop contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.Drive process optimization and implement best practices in data center and warehouse operations. Leverage data and feedback to enhance performance and scalability.Strong technical capabilities including good knowledge of SQL to create reportsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of program or project management experience with Logistics, Supply Chain and warehouse project management or similar high-volume environments.5+ years of experience in Smart Warehouse management, Data Center with familiarity in infrastructure, IT hardware, or facilities operations.Proven expertise in change management, including stakeholder engagement and process optimization.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to align and motivate diverse teams.Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage action items, deadlines, and deliverables.Knowledge of data center workflows, equipment lifecycle management, or IT operations is highly desirable.Must be coming to office/Warehouse.
