Committed to efficiency and exceptional user experience, TredBase is transforming the educational finance landscape for the better.Role Overview This is a hands-on go-to-market role. You’ll secure pilot schools and make those pilots successful end-to-end—leading discovery, demos, client onboarding, coordinated follow-ups through appropriate online channels, and a smooth handover to account management. You’ll also help shape and iterate our growth/sales strategies as we learn from pilots.What You’ll DoIdentify and qualify prospective schools; run structured discovery calls and product demos.Guide new clients through onboarding and activation; deliver clear training and best-practice guidance.Coordinate timely follow-ups via online channels; keep stakeholders informed with crisp, professional updates.Develop and refine practical growth/GTM approaches (e.g., outreach playbooks, simple positioning, repeatable sales steps) and document what works.Maintain accurate pipeline/activity records in the CRM; provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.Be mobile across Lagos for on-site sessions, meetings, and training as needed.Qualifications3–6 years in SaaS/EdTech onboarding, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or full-cycle sales with implementation ownership.Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint).Excellent stakeholder communication—clear writing, structured updates, confident demos/training.Comfortable driving client onboarding and guiding non-technical users through setup and adoption.Ability to travel locally within Lagos (no out-of-state travel required).Nice to have: Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com) for tracking activities.Why Join TredBase?Working at TredBase means contributing directly to meaningful innovation in educational finance.
