Growth/User Acquisition Manager (Nongaming)About Unico StudioUnico Studio is a global leader in mobile entertainment and technology, known for hit titles such as Brain Test: Tricky Puzzles and more than 40 games that have surpassed 1 billion downloads worldwide. As we expand beyond gaming into the AI and creator economy, we’re building a new generation of consumer-focused AI products including Milena AI, an advanced video generator powered by generative AI, and Pulca AI, a cutting-edge health scanner and wellness assistant.We’re looking for an experienced Growth/User Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our AI app portfolio and take these products from launch to scale.Role OverviewAs the Growth/UA Manager, you will lead all performance marketing and growth initiatives across paid and organic channels. You’ll develop data-driven acquisition strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention at scale.You will collaborate closely with the product, data, and creative teams to test hypotheses, improve activation metrics, and identify the most efficient growth levers for AI-powered consumer apps.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns (mobile, web2app)across major ad networks (Meta, Applovin, Google, Apple Ads, Mintegral etc.).Build data-driven growth loops to maximize retention, LTV, and ROAS.Design and manage A/B testing pipelines for ad creatives, landing pages, and onboarding flows.Collaborate with product and data teams to improve activation, conversion, and monetization funnels.Analyze cohort performance and develop insights to guide spend allocation and creative strategy.Identify and scale new growth channels (influencer marketing, referral systems, affiliate networks, etc.) for AI apps.Manage relationships with marketing partners, agencies, and ad networks.Stay up-to-date on the latest AI app trends, performance marketing tools, and App Store optimization techniques.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing (mobile apps preferred).Proven success managing large-scale campaigns with measurable ROI.Deep understanding of mobile attribution tools (Adjust) and analytics platforms (Firebase, Amplitude etc.).Hands-on experience with AI or subscription-based apps is a strong plus.Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets and dashboarding skills.Creative thinking and testing discipline to identify scalable growth levers.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-like environment with global teams.
