You thrive in a role where results speak for themselves.What You’ll DoOwn the entire outbound engine across:Cold emailLinkedInSMSCold callingDirect mailYour responsibilities include:Creating and optimizing multi-touch outbound cadencesEnsuring campaigns go out on time, to the right leads, with the right messagingManaging and supporting contractors and SDRsCreating clear reporting on weekly outbound performanceMaintaining scripts, objection handling, and call workflowsEnsuring every outbound action lands on the calendarManaging the CRM and ensuring our 1,200 target companies are fully coveredKeeping the database clean, deduplicated, and accurately trackedBuilding dashboards for cost per booked call, conversion rates, ROI, SDR metrics, and TAM coverageIdentifying issues early and fixing bottlenecks fastCoordinating the outbound tech stack (Clay, Instantly, Apollo, GoHighLevel, etc.)Documenting SOPs and improving processes continuouslyRequirements3–8 years experience in GTM Ops, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, Demand Gen, or outbound-focused rolesDemonstrated experience managing multi-channel outbound programsStrong analytical and operational skillsExperience managing SDRs or outbound repsAbility to write or guide outbound copyStrong project management and communication skillsComfortable in both strategy and hands-on executionExperience with CRMs and outbound toolsAbility to work autonomously and own resultsExperience in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsBonus PointsExperience in home improvement, B2B, SaaS, or performance marketingExperience with direct mail campaignsExperience leading small teamsFamiliarity with Clay.com, Instantly, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platformsExperience building dashboards (Google Sheets or Looker/Data Studio)Working Hours Since we're based in the US, you'll be working US hours.Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8pm SASTCompensation + BenefitsR80,000 – R120,000 per month (ZAR)Fully remoteOnline games night every ThursdayAirBnB company retreats (Cape Town this year)High-impact role with direct access to leadershipClear path to grow into Head of GTM Operations
