Bring clarity, accuracy, and calm to a fast-moving snack brand.Our client is scaling quickly across retail, manufacturing partners, and major e-commerce platforms. They need someone who can make sense of all the numbers, keep the financial systems clean, and provide the kind of visibility leadership can trust.This isn’t just bookkeeping. This is about seeing the whole picture, catching problems early, and making sure the business always has a clear, confident understanding of its financial health.What You’ll Do:Keep the books cleanReconcile bank and credit card accounts and maintain a logical, well-organized Chart of Accounts.Stay on top of AR/APMonitor invoices, payments, and exceptions—and flag anything unusual before it becomes an issue.Own month-end closeClose the books by the 5th business day and clearly highlight any anomalies.Make cash flow predictablePrepare a Weekly Cash View and maintain a rolling 4-week cash forecast the team can rely on.Protect inventory accuracyTrack COGS and inventory across all channels and keep everything synced with QuickBooks Online.Watch stock levels closelyMonitor overstock and understock risks and help plan for seasonal or high-volume periods.Connect e-commerce data to financialsPull reports from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and others—and tie them back to margins and costs.Build simple, powerful dashboardsUse Google Sheets to create clear views of revenue, collections, spend, and cash flow.Support tax and compliance needsPrepare clean documentation for CPA/tax teams and maintain organized vendor, W-9, and contract files.Set the standard for financial hygieneKeep documentation, naming conventions, file structures, and data integrity sharp and consistent.What You BringStrong accounting or finance operations experience, including reconciliations and AR/APExpert-level QuickBooks Online skills with the ability to maintain structure and clean reportingStrong Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, dashboards)Extreme attention to detail—accurate numbers, clean data, zero loose endsClear, proactive communication in written and spoken EnglishAbility to work independently in a fast-paced CPG environmentExperience managing inventory and COGS inside the accounting system (not just spreadsheets)Preferred: experience in CPG, manufacturing, food/bev, or e-commerce reporting
