Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Connection Executive based in Penang, Malaysia. The Guest Connection Executive is responsible for creating memorable experiences for hotel guests by addressing their needs, managing requests, and delivering personalized services. Daily tasks include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving inquiries, coordinating with other departments for guest services, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. The role also involves promoting hotel amenities and maintaining high standards of hospitality at all times. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests effectivelyOrganizational and multitasking abilities to manage guest inquiries and requests efficientlyProblem-solving skills to address and resolve guest concerns in a professional mannerFamiliarity with hotel management systems or CRM software is an advantageFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusAttention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiencesRelevant experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirableA diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
