Leasing Executive

Job Title: Leasing ExecutiveLocation: Kuala LumpurWe are looking for a dynamic Leasing Executive to join our team and take charge ofmanaging two of our prime properties in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for someone whois passionate about real estate, enjoys building strong tenant relationships, and is driven tomaximize occupancy and rental income.Key Responsibilities• Source, secure, and negotiate with potential tenants to achieve occupancy targets.• Conduct property viewings, respond to tenant inquiries, and ensure a smooth leasingprocess.• Support the Team Leader in promoting properties and optimizing rental yields.• Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including prospecting, negotiations, tenancyagreements, and renewals.• Build and maintain strong, long-term tenant relationships while ensuring excellentcustomer service.• Conduct market surveys to propose competitive rental rates and monitor markettrends.• Assist in preparing leasing reports, budgets, and administrative functions, includingrental collections and unit handovers.Requirements• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in retail leasing, mall management, or commercialreal estate.• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and tenant billing cycles.• Knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and contractual requirements will be anadded advantage.• Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
