Offering boutique luxury accommodation including apartment-style studio suites, spacious one and two-bedroom suites, on-site Spoonbill Restaurant welcoming up to 80 guests daily from breakfast until late, and Two Wrongs Bar that can accommodate up to 100 guests. In Melbourne, you will not be short of things to do in your leisure time! Immerse yourself in the restaurant and bar scene or embark on a short tram ride to the Royal Botanic Gardens, and for a dose of artistic inspiration, explore the captivating National Gallery of Victoria.PurposeAs a Guest Experience Agent, you will play a pivotal role as the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for our guests' entire stay. Your responsibilities span from the moment they check in to the time they check out, ensuring that you are at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests.Primary ResponsibilitiesRoll out the red carpet of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from check-in to check-outConfidant in communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaborationConquer challenges alongside guests, transforming dilemmas into success storiesPromote hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offeringsBe the local legend, sharing information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems from your treasure trove of knowledgeDisplay proficiency in accurately handling reservations and managing guest accountsSkills And ExperienceInnovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations Skilled at collaborating within teams, as well as working independentlyProven ability to multi task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skillsProficiency in both written and verbal communicationPrevious experience in hotel front desk operations is a valuable assetCapable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidaysAccor BenefitsALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
