They work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolutionKey Accountabilities:Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded throughout their stayGreeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in, and providing them with necessary information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractionsAnticipating guest needs and offering personalized recommendations, services, and solutions to enhance their experienceHandling guest complaints, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfactionCommunicating effectively with other hotel departments, ensuring that guest preferences and requests are communicated and met efficientlyCoordinating with the concierge, housekeeping, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a memorable guest experienceMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's services, facilities, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to guests. Supporting the front desk and reservations teams by assisting with check-out, billing issues, and providing additional services as neededRequirements2 years' working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venuesDegree in Hospitality / Tourism or in a relevant fieldExcellent knowledge of English language.
