Job Description

Position OverviewThe Guest Experience Coordinator supports the Director of Guest Experience in ensuring the seamless execution of all guest-facing initiatives across the property — including social media, marketing, programming, and brand experience. This role is highly collaborative, requiring organization, creativity, and attention to detail to help maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence across all outlets.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital MarketingAssist in managing and maintaining social media accounts (TRH, Rooftop, Margie’s, The Studio).Support the development of content calendars and date grids for PR planning.Collaborate weekly on captions, content, and promotional assets.Post and monitor daily stories and event promotions.Create and repurpose content (reels, photo slides, story posts, etc.) from existing assets.Maintain regular updates on weekly specials, operating hours, and wellness programming.Website & Online PresenceUpdate and maintain all content on the TRH website, including menus, events, and offers.Ensure all information (hours, menus, happenings) is accurate and current.Manage Google Business listings (TRH, Spa, Rooftop, Margie’s, Pool) to ensure accuracy.Reservations & Event PlatformsSupport the management of SevenRooms event and offer pages.Assist in creating and maintaining access rules, reservation blocks, and event listings.Coordinate with ResortPass to verify day pass and cabana offerings, availability, and accuracy.Revenue & OffersParticipate in weekly revenue meetings and assist in tracking promotional packages.Support the creation and execution of seasonal hotel offers and packages.Liaise with revenue management teams on package build-outs.Ensure property information across OTAs is accurate and up to date.Programming SupportMusic ProgrammingAssist with scheduling, invoice approvals, and promotion of weekly music lineups.Wellness ProgrammingHelp schedule classes and special events in The Studio.Support planning and execution of Wellness Week events twice a year.Creative, Content & BrandCoordinate with photographers/videographers for new content creation.Ensure property-wide consistency in branded look and feel.Assist in sourcing and ordering décor and branded items as needed.Support minibar curation and seasonal updates, including inventory coordination.Events & ActivationsAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing hotel activations and special events.Support outreach to partners, vendors, and sponsors for event collaborations.Contribute to building budgets, decks, and P&Ls for events.Coordinate day-of logistics, décor, music, and vendor management.Help manage BEOs, recap decks, and future activation ideas.Public Relations & PartnershipsWork with PR partners to provide updates, event recaps, and partnership opportunities.Assist in coordinating press trips, influencer stays, and other brand collaborations.Join weekly PR calls and ensure communication flow between departments.Communication & Administrative SupportProvide key updates and imagery for monthly newsletters.Support group room block management — assisting with links, codes, and communication with hosts.Assist with inquiries and negotiations for long-stay bungalow guests.Provide general administrative and creative support to the Director of Guest Experience.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in hospitality, marketing, or guest experience role.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and content creation tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with CMS, SevenRooms, Google Business, Canva/Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace preferred.Personal AttributesPassionate about hospitality, guest experience, and brand storytelling.Highly collaborative and positive attitude.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Energetic, polished, and professional in presentation and communication.
