Shangri-La JakartaMain ResponsibilityTo accord personalize and prompt service to all VIP guest from arrival to departure, to provide all hotel guest and patron, courteous, tactful and efficient service. GRO-Mandarin speaker also acted as key personnel when it comes with the non-English speaker Chinese guest.Requirements Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Fluent in a second foreign language (Mandarin) Some experience in customer service or guest relation Pleasant personality Good communication skills Knowledge of computer / recent / relevant technology equipment and usage Able to work flexible hours
