The resort offers direct beachfront access, a range of ocean-inspired accommodation including private villas, seven dining venues, and a dedicated wellness center and spa, with innovative treatments and therapies.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive – GYM to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include Welcome and assist hotel guests and gym members, providing information about the fitness facilities, operating hours, rules and available services. Answer phone calls, emails or messages related to the gym, and coordinate appointments. Inform and promote other wellness, Spa, or recreational services offered. Handle and resolve guest complaints with a professional, solutions-oriented approach, escalating when necessary.
