Company DescriptionSet amidst the Asian Medical Hub of Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Ibis Singapore Novena is located at the outskirts of Singapore’s city centre. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the United Square and Velocity Mall. It is a 15-minute drive from the popular Orchard Road and the Central Business District.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Guest Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests and to ensure that every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and seamless stay.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform check-in, check-out, and cashiering duties in accordance with hotel standards. Accurately update and maintain guest information in the Hotel Property Management System (PMS). Handle reservations and guest inquiries via email, phone, and in person. Manage and record all reservations and transactions accurately in the PMS. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Provide detailed information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities. Actively promote and enroll guests in the Accor Loyalty Program, ensuring they are informed of its benefits and rewards. Welcome our loyalty members with warm and friendly professionalism, ensuring they feel recognized and valued. Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for guests. Support administrative and marketing functions as required. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager. QualificationsMinimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualificationAble to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidaysPossess a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong public relations skillsPrior experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of Opera Cloud will be an advantageAdditional InformationWhat We OfferFun and engaging workplace cultureComprehensive training providedCareer progression opportunities within Accor
