Guest Shuttle Driver

We're looking for a professional and personable Guest Shuttle Driver to provide seamless airport transfers and support our hotel operations with exceptional service.About The RoleAs the Guest Shuttle Driver, you'll be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, offering a warm Territory welcome and ensuring safe and timely transport. This role is responsible for scheduled and on-demand guest transfers between the hotel and Darwin International Airport, maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.What You'll Be Doing Provide safe, courteous transport for guests between the hotel and Darwin International Airport Assist guests with luggage handling and offer a welcoming introduction to the property Maintain a clean, presentable, and roadworthy shuttle vehicle at all times Communicate professionally with front office and duty teams regarding transfer schedules Complete basic vehicle checks, sign-in/out sheets, refuelling logs, and incident reports when required Uphold all road safety requirements and company driving procedures Represent Thyme Hospitality values through excellent customer service and local knowledgeRequirementsValid NT Driver's Licence Current NT H Endorsement Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner Confidence driving a passenger van in varying weather and traffic conditions Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently during transfers Good communication skills and the ability to assist guests of all backgrounds A commitment to safety, professionalism and guest satisfactionBenefitsWhy Join Us?
