hacapartners. luYour roleAs an audit (Assistant) Manager, you will be responsible to perform external audits services to our clients. Your role will be to: Plan and perform operational and financial audits (mainly commercial companies with consolidation)Identify business process risksDevelop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controlsDocument the results of the evaluationsDevelop recommendations and reports based on audits and present these ideas to partner / director / Senior ManagerFormulate professional development and educational plans for junior / senior / staff membersPlan and allocate resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.
Your profileWork both autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high quality auditsExperience 4-6 years in the audit of commercial companiesExperience in banking is a strong assetEngage in certifications process (e. g. DEC, ACCA)University or Business School degree in Finance, in Audit or Economics or equivalentOutstanding communication skills with an ability to handle multiple business tasksFluency in French.
